Warranty Claims

• Warranty claims must be processed through the shop where you purchased your wheels.
• Please note that warranties are void if our product is skated without bearing spacers. We strongly advise adhering to our usage guidelines to ensure the longevity and performance of your wheels.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused (unskated), and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your product.
• To initiate a return, please use our contact submission form to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), if your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Please note, the refund will be for the sale price of the product(s) returned, less the original shipping and handling costs.
• Allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions

• Please note that certain items may be exempt from our return policy. Products that are marked as final sale, special orders, or items sold as “clearance” cannot be returned.
